Your documents and Karde
Last updated 27 September 2026
1.What Karde stores
2.Your company is kept apart from every other company
3.Who processes your documents
4.Karde and your Google account
If you connect a Gmail mailbox, Karde reads the mail in it so that bid invitations, drawings, addenda, submittals, supplier quotes and change orders are filed against the right job, and so that every answer Karde gives can cite the email it came from. Karde also sends from that same mailbox, on your behalf, when a person at your company presses Send. It asks for no permission to do anything else to your mailbox: Karde never deletes your mail, never moves it and never changes it.
Karde’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In practice that means the mail Karde reads is used only to run the features described on this page. It is never used for advertising. It is never used to train or improve any general artificial intelligence model, ours or a provider’s. Nobody at Rathcullen reads your mail, other than where you ask us to look at something specific, where we have to investigate a security problem, or where the law requires it. It goes to nobody beyond the providers described above, who process it under contract only to return a result to you.

7.What Karde never does
Your documents are never visible to another Karde customer, and we do not sell your data.
Karde also does not act on your behalf. It reads, it answers, and it drafts. Nothing goes to a general contractor or a supplier unless a person at your company sends it.
